This model brings together survey terrain, reference maps, site photographs and the proposed hotel masterplan.

Terrain & boundaries
Block surveys and master contours, displayed on an 8 m analytical grid. Mapped cadastral borders are not a legal resurvey.
Existing & proposed
The hotel is based on our submitted master plan to the authority. Building heights, forest cover, road grades and water extents are approximate. Natural mode includes approximate road benches and modelled water banks; analysis uses reconstructed terrain.
Water network
Waterways are traced from environmental and hydrology reference maps. Stream widths and obscured connections are approximate. Catchment shading and proposed restoration ponds are not treated as existing water.
